Are you the driven F&B Manager who is ready to take on the challenge of transforming our Food & Beverage concept and making a difference by creating a top-quality guest experience? You might not be familiar with TRIBE yet, but that’s about to change! For the reopening of TRIBE Den Haag Centraal, we are looking for an experienced and passionate F&B Manager who will join us in introducing the new Accor brand in the vibrant heart of The Hague. The current Mercure Den Haag Centraal will reopen in mid-autumn 2025 as TRIBE Den Haag Centraal!

After the renovation, TRIBE Den Haag Centraal will be the second hotel in the Benelux to be introduced. The hotel is located in the cultural heart of The Hague's city centre, the city of Peace & Justice. The location is just minutes from the main train station and 15 minutes from the beach. The hotel has 159 design rooms, 9 meeting rooms, a restaurant and bar with a view of the Spuiplein.

Your Core Attitude:

As F&B Manager, you will be the face of our TRIBE revolution: a blend of elegance, innovation, and passion. You will play a key role in the management team and report directly to the Operational Manager. You’ll take initiative in team meetings, contribute to the innovation of our concept, and be proactive in identifying trends which you'll communicate with the Chef.

With your charismatic leadership, you will inspire your team to create magical moments and unforgettable memories. You have a passion for hospitality, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Additionally, you're a true people manager who motivates and coaches your team to deliver top-quality service.

Your Key Missions:

·         Strategic F&B&E Management: Develop strategies to enhance the culinary experience and service.

·         Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team.

·         Cost Control & Budget Management: Manage operational budgets and optimize costs.

·         Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including menu planning and quality control.

·         Trendspotting: Identify and act on new trends in collaboration with the Chef.

·         Customer Relationship Development: Build strong customer relationships and gather feedback.

·         Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a consistent guest experience.

Profile:

·         Background in banqueting and/or the restaurant sector;

·         Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role;

·         Passion for hospitality and entrepreneurship;

·         People manager; comfortable in a multicultural and dynamic environment;

·         Stress-resistant; knows how to keep calm;

·         Innovative and open to new market trends;

·         Experience with menu creation and cost insight;

·         P&L knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to learn and support;

·         Fluent in English in both written and spoken.

·         A salary in scale 9 according to the Horeca CLA; based on experience.

·         25 vacation days based on a full-time (38-hour) working week;
