F&B Supervisor (FT) - Schiphol

Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is looking for a new F&B Supervisor! Your talent as part of our team ensures our guests have unique experiences and perfect service within all F&B outlets of Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol: Bowery Restaurant, Axis Lobby & Cocktail Bar, and Banqueting. Additionally, you and your colleagues will contribute to achieving even more hotel awards, such as the World Travel Awards and the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards.

Given your work experience, we understand that you don't need too much explanation about your daily tasks, but for convenience, we'll briefly outline them. You will lead a team and maintain an overview. Together with your team, you are responsible for providing excellent service to our guests. Additionally, you are the point of contact for employees, temporary workers, and guests. You are also a trainer and coach for your team and dare to provide them with feedback to promote their development.
