As a future Bar & Restaurant manager you will be working full-time with us. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and together you are in charge of the Skymaster bar and restaurant and its team. You have a true passion for Food & Beverage and thrive on a hustling and buzzling restaurant. You gain energy from coaching and motivating your team to ensure smooth operation, quality and high(er) guest satisfaction.
You are the first point of contact for all bar and restaurant staff members. You’re a realist and knows that sometimes complaints pop-up and can manage efficiently with them to increase the W-O-W factor. You enjoy having a flexible schedule and actively engage with your team on stage during various shifts.

- Expertise in Food & Beverage is a must
- Outstanding beverage knowledge (Wines, Beers, Cocktails, Spirits)
