F&B Trainee - Hoofddorp

Hey you! Are you a pro at receiving guests with open arms and a big smile? Are you known as the person who has always a kind word and a sparkling attitude, then we would like to get to know you!

As a F&B Trainee you ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests. You are responsible for the preparation and supplementing of the breakfast buffet. You also take care of the dishes, the cleaning of the kitchen and the breakfast room. You are also an absolute host(ess) for our guests. A chat with the guests is great fun to you and you do it with enthusiasm. You are responsible for the correct compliance with the HACCP guidelines and inventory management.

An overview of your tasks and responsibilities:

·         Providing excellent service to our guests;

·         Preparations in the kitchen;

·         Preparing the breakfast buffet;

·         Supplementing the breakfast buffet;

·         Cleaning the breakfast buffet;

·         Mise en place for the next day;

·         Clearing tables;

·         Do the dishes;
