Our hotel offers the award-winning rooftop bar LuminAir, the vibrant new WE ARE EDN restaurant and bar, Amsterdam’s most extensive breakfast buffet, and an in-house LOT61 coffee store. As a Finance Executive, you are one of the faces of the Finance team at DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Central Station. An affinity for the hospitality industry is desired and will certainly be beneficial in this role.
With accuracy, professionalism, and a friendly attitude, you will perform various tasks related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Income Audit, including:
Verifying the accuracy of entered events
Reviewing and sending sales invoices
Ensuring timely payment of invoices
Monitoring and safeguarding credit limits
What are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate has previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or a similar work environment and values exceptional hospitality.
To excel in this role, it is important that you have the following skills:
Strong communication skills
Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
A structured and detail-oriented approach with a knack for numbers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluency in both Dutch and English
And, of course, the ability to bring a bit of fun and camaraderie to the team!
In addition, it is a plus if you have:
Experience in a similar role
Familiarity with hotel property management systems
