Finance Internship - The Hague

The finance department consists of a Financial Controller, an Accounting Supervisor and a Financial Administrator. We are looking for a Trainee who will support the department.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Producing daily performance reports

- Responsible for the purchase to pay process: receiving, checking, processing and paying all incoming invoices

- Processing bank mutations

- Reviewing night audits

- Daily reconciliation of credit card payments

- Receiving, sending and checking invoices

- Reconciling various balance sheet accounts

- Assisting with monthly and year-end closings

- Checking and recording expenses and other administrative tasks

- Recording stock counts correctly and on time

- Participating in daily briefings
