At DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, we are looking for a Finance Trainee to join our talented Finance team.
Our hotel offers the award-winning rooftop bar LuminAir, the vibrant new WE ARE EDN restaurant and bar, Amsterdam’s most extensive breakfast buffet, and an in-house LOT61 coffee store. Our recently refurbished 557 guest rooms and 15 versatile meeting rooms, make our hotel a dynamic and exciting place to work.

In this role, you will have the chance to get to know all aspects of a finance department of a hotel. Your primary focus will be on accounts receivable and the daily revenues, however you will have a supporting role for accounts payable and month-end closing. You will be working on invoicing of large events held in our meeting rooms and our rooftop bar LuminAir, checking daily revenues and payments and assisting guests with finance-related questions. You will actively engage with colleagues across departments in order to solve problems and contribute to a smooth hotel operation.
The Finance Team is a young and international team in which you will be working with seven colleagues. Next to a lot of fun in the office and several outside of work activities, we offer the following rewards:
Internship period: Preferably starting from January/February 2025 and lasting a minimum of 5 months.
Internship remuneration: €800 gross based on Full Time;
