Aeon Plaza Hotels is looking for a Financial Administration Employee (part-time for 24 hours per week).

The function:

As an accountant you are the financial specialist of the organization and you are responsible for the accounting and accounts payable and accounts receivable administration. You advise and report to the (assistant) financial manager and contribute to the financial policy of the organization. For this position we are looking for a reliable sparring partner for our financial manager with commercial insight.

The tasks include:

  • Taking care of the accounts payable and accounts receivable administration

  • Preparing various periodic reports

  • Preparing payment proposals and entering them into an electronic payment system

  • Updating the balance sheets

  • Monitoring financial SOPs

  • Preparatory work for the annual work

Profile

  • You have completed administrative training at least at MBO level and a HBO thinking level

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative position within the hotel industry would be great

  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, spoken and written, Dutch is an advantage

  • Knowledge of Excel and accounting software is a must, knowledge of Exact is an advantage

  • You are discreet, reliable, precise and independent

Aeon Plaza Hotels is the headquarters of Hotel Die Port van Cleve and Dutch Design Hotel Vondelpark. The work being carried out is for all hotels. The work location is B Vital Building, De Entree 201 in Amsterdam, opposite Amsterdam Bijlmer station.
