Then the role of Allround Hotel Employee: Front Office, Housekeeping, and Breakfast at one of our Amsterdam hotels is perfect for you!
Your job
As an Allround Hotel Employee: Front Office, Housekeeping, and Breakfast, you’ll make sure that our guests’ rooms are always spotless, helping them feel right at home. Alongside cleaning rooms, you'll prepare breakfast and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs. During busy check-in times, you’ll support the front desk, collect luggage, and show guests to their rooms. In short, you’ll be multi-skilled, taking on various tasks, making sure no two days are the same. Plus, you’ll be flexible enough to work across all of our hotels in the center of Amsterdam. You’ll also be available for on-call shifts when needed, like covering for sick colleagues. Whether it's front desk or housekeeping duties, you can handle it all!
For this combined role, you’ll earn the Guest Service Agent salary since you’ll be working at the Front Office. Even when you’re working in housekeeping or breakfast, you’ll receive this higher pay rate. Not bad, right?
Depending on the needs of the hotel, your role may shift, focusing only on Housekeeping & Front Office (without breakfast duties) at times.

The (perfect) match
A hotel environment is where you thrive. You enjoy working in a team, have an eye for detail, and are capable of physical work. You have at least a basic understanding of English so you can assist guests during your Front Office tasks. Experience in hotels or restaurants is a plus but not essential. Plus, you’re happy to work across multiple hotels and are flexible enough to fill in whenever needed.
