nhow Amsterdam RAI is a social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is located in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base. 

The housekeeping team of up to 80 colleagues service all the 650 room. The hard-working team is very diverse and multi-cultural. The department is lead by the Executive Housekeeping Manager and a Quality Manager, 3 Assistant Managers, 10+ floor supervisors and a large team if housekeepers.

·      Salary scale 4 Horeca CLA. Depending on your experience this is usually between €2.252 – €2.617 gross per month (based on a full-time contract)

Key responsibilities

·      Checking the rooms and public areas;

·      Working closely with the Housekeeping team, sharing feedback, coaching and leading them;

·      Training and developing the team of your housekeepers;

·      On rotation, responsible for the opening and closing of the day;

·      Co-responsible for keeping our quality scores at the highest level in all of our 650 rooms.
