Your Role in Our Story:

• Oversee the daily operations of Restaurant Jansz, ensuring impeccable service and timing for every guest.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of food and beverage management to lead the team, offering personalized recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a pristine and inviting restaurant environment, ensuring every table is perfectly set and ready to welcome guests with style and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to guarantee seamless service as the Food & Beverage Operations Lead.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency, upholding the highest standards of excellence.
• Address guest concerns and operational challenges with professionalism, ensuring every guest departs with a smile.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in food and beverage management, particularly in a role as a Food & Beverage Operations Lead, is essential.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is a valued addition.
