Your responsibilities as Front of House Manager:

  • You will perform Head of Department duties for our Front Office - focusing your team on personalising our service throughout each guest's stay.
  • We want you to continue strengthening our guest-focused culture in Reception and the wider Front Office operation. It will be important to develop your team and giving them increasing accountability for guest satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with leaders in other departments to keep operations running smoothly and to ensure our guest experience is co-ordinated and feels seamless.
  • As a Department Head, you will also play a direct role in the overall management of the Hotel.
