Your day to day

As a Front Office Receptionist your main duties and responsibilities will be checking in and out our guests, dealing with any queries or complaints, welcoming our guests to the city and interacting with them to encourage them to join our loyalty program. You will also be a key part of our guests’ overall stay, providing special experiences and recognising our loyal IHG One Rewards members. To smash this role out of the park, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are:

What we need from you

• Experience working as a Receptionist is beneficial, however not needed.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service, wanting to go above and beyond for our guests!
• Confident working on Hotel systems, experience working with Opera specifically is a big plus
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
• English and or Dutch spoken, any other language is amazing to have!
