Are you the friendly and familiar face that greets our guests when they return 'home' after a day's work? We are looking for a Front Office Agent who makes guests feel at home at Htel Serviced Apartments from the very first moment. 

 

Besides being the first touchpoint within the overall guest experience, you are also the person they can turn to during their stay with questions, advice and more. Our guests stay between 28 days and six months, allowing you to really bond with them.  

 

What will you do? 

  • Checking guests in and out. 
  • Customer service at the counter, e-mail and telephone.   
  • Light administrative work such as preparing invoices. 
  • Processing reservations and cancellations. 
  • Ensuring a presentable reception area.  


Who are we looking for? 

It goes without saying that you are customer-oriented, sociable and communicative. You enjoy working with people from different cultures and consider it a challenge. In case of complaints or problems, you can think along calmly and solution-focused. Our compact team is committed and motivated, so we are looking for a real team player. 

  •  Good command of the English language in word and writing. Pre: Dutch. 
  • Completed, relevant secondary vocational education (MBO). 
  • Flexibility: willing to work alternating shifts (no night shifts).

Htel is part of the real estate organisation Cobraspen Group based in Overveen. We annually organise a summer BBQ, Regatta and a sumptuous Christmas dinner with the entire organisation. 

  • Salary indication: up to €3,000 gross (based on 40 hours) depending on education and experience. 
  • 12-month contract with intention of a permanent contract. 
  • Hours to be determined by mutual agreement (at least 24 hours p.w.). 
  • Generous travel allowance regardless of distance. 
  • Collective health scheme, pension scheme and company fitness scheme.
