- Ensures the guests are assigned to the type of room requested in accordance with the rate
- Works according to the hotel standards and according to schedule, inclusive of night shifts
- Attends to guest enquiries, request or complaints in an efficient and courteous manner, referring to management whenever necessary
- Provides accurate information to guest enquiries related to hotel facilities
