As a front office employee, you are the face of the hotel. You are responsible for receiving and checking in guests, providing general and tourist information, providing service during the stay (wake-up calls, message taking, etc.), checking out guests, and preparing drinks and simple snacks on request. You also assist during the busy breakfast hours, answer phone calls, and process emails and reservation requests.
