Front Office Employee (Part time) - Rotterdam

You are:

The ideal front office employee is flexible and available to fill the following requirements:

• You are enthusiast, punctual, service oriented and you you have passion for the hotel industry.

• You are flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays.

• You are fluent in English. Dutch is highly appreciated. Any other language is a plus but not a must.

• You have experience in the hotel industry.

• You live in the Rotterdam area.

• Knowledge of MEWS reservation/operation system is a big plus.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Welcoming and checking in and out guest.

• Answer emails and phone calls.

• Control and process reservations.

• Provide guest with tourist information, providing hospitality feeling.

• Administrative task.

• Help another departments when necessary.

• A part time contract from 8 to 24 hours per week.
