Front Office Employee PT - Badhoevedorp

We are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague for our Front Office team at our beautiful hotel in Badhoevedorp!

Every day, you will ensure that our guests feel welcome and that they lack nothing. Join our team and help us offer every guest an unforgettable experience!

What will you do?

You will be the main point of contact for our guests, providing them with all the necessary information. You will warmly welcome them, give tips about the main attractions, and explain the facilities of our hotel. Meanwhile, you’ll take a call from a guest who wants to book a room for next week. No problem, you’ll arrange it! Thanks to your sales skills, you will even convince them to book a more luxurious room. At checkout, you will be curious about their experiences and take care of their luggage so they can enjoy the city a little longer. The guests will mention that they can’t wait to return. That’s what it’s all about!

The hotel also has a fitness room, a game room, a laundry, two meeting rooms, and a large living room with various seating areas. It is the perfect place to work, relax, or just enjoy a cup of coffee.
