Ocean House Scheveningen part of Excite Hotels, is seeking an enthusiastic parttime Front Office Employee to strengthen their team. Are you the one who provides guests with an unforgettable experience and exceeds their expectations? Then read on!
What will you do?
As a Front Office Employee, you are the first point of contact for guests. You welcome them, check them in and out, provide information, and resolve any issues. You will also process reservations and payments, answer the phone and emails, and ensure good communication with other departments within the hotel. In short, a versatile and challenging position where you can show your hospitality and professionalism.
What do we require?
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
Hospitable and service-oriented attitude
Good communication skills
Ambitious and driven to exceed expectations
Flexible attitude

You have mastered the following skills:
Hospitality, hospitality, hospitality!!! It's in your nature to go the extra mile for our guests!
Accuracy in the execution of all work
Thinking in solutions and not losing sight of the guest experience
Able to switch between different activities
Good command of the Dutch and/or English language, both written and spoken
Flexible and willing to work weekends and evenings
You always keep an overview and excel in the details – you know how to surprise guests with your knowledge of the city and the friendly welcome. You know how to convey the free and unique character of Amsterdam like no other, you are the calling card that our guest needs for their trip in Amsterdam.
