The ladies and gentlemen at our Front Desk are the face of the boutique-style Monet Garden Hotel (4-star – 105 rooms).
We are currently looking for a talented and hospitable colleague who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and going the extra mile to delight our visitors.
What you'll be doing:
As a Front Office Host(ess), you are the heartbeat of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and checking guests in and out
Providing (tourist) information and assistance
Handling reception-related administration and guest reservations
Ensuring safety awareness and acting as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and partners
Serving drinks and preparing simple meals for guests when needed
You’ll participate in team meetings and safety trainings and act as a connector—ensuring that our guests feel at home and every team member is aligned to exceed expectations.
What we offer:

Working hours between 07:00 and 23:00, including weekends and public holidays
Contract between 24 and 38 hours per week (negotiable)
You’ve completed a relevant education in hospitality, tourism, or front office operations (minimum MBO level), or you bring solid reception experience in a hotel setting. Ideally, you have several years of experience and speak and write fluent Dutch and English—knowledge of a third language is a big plus.
You are an authentic host or hostess, passionate about exceeding guest expectations. Hospitality is in your DNA and the word “no” simply isn’t part of your vocabulary.
