Front Office Intern
As a Front Office Intern you’re the one who welcomes our guests, you are the go-to person for all their questions and comments. You are also the superstar who makes sure all the reservations are administrative well processed.
Of course you’re here to learn and we will give you all the tools you need to make your internship a success.
Responsibilities
- Checking guests in- and out;
- Answering questions from guests;
- Assisting to operational processes;
- Handling complaints;
- All administrative tasks of the reception.
Who are you?
You are the one that makes guest smile automatically when they see you. You have a really big hospitality hart and ready to get into the hospitality world after school.
Besides the things listed above, we are also looking for other qualities:
- You speak and write English (preferably also Dutch) fluently;
- You are following a MBO/HBO hospitality/tourism/hotel school related degree (this is an must);
- You are hospitable and representative;
- You are available for at least 4 months, preferably 4-5 days a week;
