Front Office Internship - The Hague

What will you do?

During your internship, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and learn how to provide them with all necessary information. You will warmly welcome them, offer tips on the best local attractions, and assist with making reservations at our restaurant Waves. Meanwhile, you’ll take a call from a guest looking to book a room for next week—no problem, you’ll take care of it! Thanks to your communication skills, you might even convince them to upgrade to a more luxurious room. When guests check out, you’ll be eager to hear about their experiences and take care of their luggage so they can enjoy the city a little longer. The guests mention they will definitely return soon, that’s what you do it for!
