The Script
As our Team Leader Front Office, you’re the heartbeat of our Front Desk operations. Your leadership ensures every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable experience. You’ll lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring our regular guests are delighted to find their favorite touches awaiting them, and managing our loyalty program like a pro. Collaboration is key, so you’ll work closely with our commercial team to keep bookings accurate and flowing. And when needed, you won’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves to uphold our highest service standards.

Your main responsibilities:

Coaching, motivating, and developing your Front Desk team to shine.
Crafting smart schedules that fit the business’s needs.
Communicating important information with precision and clarity to relevant teams.
Handling guest issues with poise and professionalism.
Conducting security checks throughout the hotel.
Managing our loyalty program to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.

Tick the Box
We’re looking for a detail-oriented leader with a passion for hospitality. You’ll need:

A hospitality degree from a reputable institution.
At least three years of experience in a similar role at the Front Desk of a comparable hotel.
Two years of proven leadership experience.
Proficiency with Opera or similar hotel operating systems.
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (other languages are a bonus!).
