Job Vacancy: Front Office Manager
Location: Amrâth Apart Hotel Schiphol-Badhoevedorp

We are looking for a Front Office Manager for our beautiful hotel in Badhoevedorp! As the Front Office Manager, you will be the driving force behind our hotel, working closely with the General Manager to oversee and implement the operational processes of the department.

What will you do?
As the Front Office Manager, you will be the shining face of our hotel. You will ensure that our guests have a perfect experience from the moment they step through the door. You and your team will ensure that check-ins and check-outs run smoothly, reservations are handled seamlessly, and guest inquiries are answered promptly and kindly.

You will lead the Front Office team, training and coaching everyone to bring their best every day. Developing the department's policy is also part of your role, as well as ensuring operational procedures and administrative tasks are followed. Of course, you will also keep a close eye on the department's budget and results to ensure optimal performance. With your enthusiasm and leadership, you will ensure a warm welcome and an unforgettable experience for all of our guests!

Where will you do this?
Amrâth Apart-Hotel Schiphol is a "short-stay" hotel in Badhoevedorp, offering rooms and apartments for stays ranging from 6 nights to an entire year. The hotel features 98 studios and apartments in different styles, all suitable for long-term stays. It also has a fitness room, a game room, a laundry, two meeting rooms, and a large living room with various seating areas. It's the perfect place to work, relax, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee. We aim to create the ultimate home base for the business market around Schiphol and be a second living room for the local community.

Our hotel is part of Amrâth Hôtels. Amrâth Hôtels consists of 12 three-, four-, and five-star hotels across the Netherlands. Our hotels are located in unique and central locations, from Maastricht to Alkmaar. What sets our hotels apart is the comfort, personalized service, and unique character.

Your luggage
• You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• You possess strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• You are approachable and have a hospitable attitude. It’s in your DNA to go the extra mile for the guest.
• You are flexible; working weekends or on holidays doesn’t faze you.
• You have good knowledge of the Dutch and/or English language. Do you speak another language? ¡Muy bien, sehr gut!
