Where the passage tickets to the East and West used to be sold, a receptionist is now being sought who, together with the current crew, will ensure that the right course is set and the ultimate service is provided as befits this house.

Tasks and responsibilities

As a Front Office employee, you enter the world of reception in the broadest sense of the word. You welcome new guests and take care of the check-in and check-out, you process reservations and all kinds of questions to which you of course know the answer. You know better than anyone how to give guests the very best 5* star service and you ensure that your name is included in the reviews. In short, you are the versatile and indispensable link that ensures top service in the hotel lobby.

Your luggage

You have a positive and driven attitude that, as befits a good crew, is able to communicate openly and honestly in both Dutch and English. With your big smile, you even make the guest who arrives just after a delay of 4 hours happy.
