Your Profile & Responsibilities:

• You are representative, welcoming, and breathe hospitality, ensuring guests feel at home.

• You handle check-ins, answer guest inquiries, and provide essential information.

• You manage phone calls and respond to incoming emails.

• You carefully perform administrative tasks and maintain key operational processes.
