Night Receptionist Amsterdam, 24 hours.
Highland Atlantis Hotel is looking for a 'switched on' and upbeat night receptionist for the night for 3 nights a week. Your working hours will be from 23 to 7 o'clock.

Highland Atlantis Hotel has been part of the Highland Group since March 1st, an ambitious family business that owns six successful hotels in the centre of Amsterdam that stands for personal attention for our guests and our employees.

What will you be doing as a Night Receptionist?
- Act as a point of first contact at Highland Atlantis Hotel for guest;
- Coordinate different kind of orders and taxi bookings;
- Carry out all required administrative/receptionist duties;
- Maintain and organise company store rooms;
- Serving drinks;
- Make and/or serve breakfast for guests who check out early;
- Survey the hotel, check for irregularities and contact the appropriate services if necessary;
- Accepting reservations via the phone, emails, or walk-ins;
- Assist with specific tasks or projects on an ad-hoc basis, as directed by the Hotel Manager.
Who are you?
- Reliable and able to work unsupervised;
- You're a colourful, creative, and energetic person with a passion for hospitality;
- You strive to offer high-quality service tailored to the needs of individual guests;
- You're available to work on weekends;
- Experience as night Receptionist/Front Office Employee at a hotel is preferred;
- You are fluent in English, a second language is considered a plus.
