Do you like meeting people from all over the world and you often find yourself helping tourists find their way in Amsterdam? Are you considered to be friendly, vibrant and responsible? If “yes”, then we are looking for you! We are now seeking for full or part time receptionists to join our Front Office team.

We work in an international environment and where all our communication is in English (Dutch speakers more than welcome!). We have a great Front Office team, which is available 24/7 for our guests and we make sure we do our best for them. Our reception team is responsible for all the arrivals in the hotel, processing the check-ins, check-outs, reservations and handling payments.


We are looking for a responsible individual for a full-time position who is flexible.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently dealing with check-in and check-out registrations.
  • Handling payments.
  • Processing online bookings or e-mail, phone and walk-in reservations.
  • Handling efficiently complaints and inquiries from our guests.

·       You speak and write in English in sufficient level. Any other language would be highly appreciated.

·       You live in Amsterdam.

·       Able to pay attention to details.

·       Ability to work under pressure.

·       Excellent customer service, over the phone but also face to face.

·       Flexibility and being able to work in shifts.
