Today your day begins at 06:45. You start with the handover and have just enough time to chat with your colleagues. At 09:00 a large group comes to check-out. You make sure this process goes as smooth as possible. Meanwhile the phone starts ringing and you make a last-minute reservation in the system. It’s quite a hectic day, but that is no problem for you.
Once the peak at the reception is done, you assist at the bar. After a while you have found your way within the company. You know how to help guests with confidence and a smile, and you know the local spots in the area. At 14:45 you discuss the handover with the next shift. You have time to inform your colleagues with any special requests for tomorrow, to make sure that even in your absence everything runs smoothly. After the handover, it is already time to head back home.

- You provide an excellent service and guest experience;
- Check ins and outs of the guests;
- Providing services like, touristic information and laundry service;
- Making restaurant reservations in the area;
- Helping guests at the bar and in case necessary the breakfast.
- Serving drinks in our lobby and at our bar
- All common breakfast activities including welcoming our guests, preparing breakfast, filling up the buffet, cleaning and HACCP registration

On November 23, 2012, the Holiday Inn Express The Hague - Parliament hotel was opened with 123 rooms. The hotel is 50 meters from the Square, with several cafés and bars. The Hague Central Station is a 9-minute walk and the A12 motorway is 6 minutes by car. That is why it is not for nothing that the hotel has a 9.4 as a score for location on booking.com, judged by more than 2750 people! In addition, there is the opportunity to park as long as there are enough places left for the guests. With the rightbehaviour, growth within our hotels is in everyone's reach.

- Hotel school or other tourism education;
- Having experience in the hotel industry is a plus;
- You have a good level of English, speaking Dutch is a plus.
- You have an open appearance and are representable;
- You have a proactive attitude;

- Flexible in work shifts.
