Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic independent chef to join our F&B team and provide our guests with delicious meals. As an independent chef, you will be responsible for all tasks within our dynamic kitchen, from preparing à la carte dinners in our open kitchen to providing lunch and dinner for our meeting rooms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Prepare dishes according to recipes and schedule
· Ensure an efficient working method and hygienic work environment
· Maintain HACCP-related lists
· Keep the kitchen neat and clean during and after your shift
· Collaborate with the team to provide optimal service to our guests
· Contribute to the development and improvement of our restaurant concept
