Groups, Conference & Events Sales Trainee - Schiphol

We are looking for a new Groups, Conference & Events Sales Trainee to join our team, as of February 2025!

Do you like to ensure that our guests will have unforgettable meetings and events at Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol? Then you might be our new Groups, Conference & Events Sales Trainee. What are you going to learn? We will explain it shortly, but we will tell you more about it in a conversation.
During this internship, you will learn all about providing excellent service, creating unique experiences for our guests and developing your commercial and organizational skills.
Together with your colleagues, you will handle all requests for group reservations (10+ rooms) and reservations for meetings, conferences and events for our meetings & events department. You maintain contacts with existing guests and clients and take care of new bookings. Thereafter, you plan the event precisely based on the needs and desires of the guest and in coordination with all concerned departments in the hotel. Lastly, you will learn how to be a great up seller, so you can generate the highest possible revenue for the hotel.
