Your duties and responsibilities: 

• Checking in and out of guests
• Ensuring optimal guest satisfaction by offering a personal service
• Informing the guest about all the possibilities in Amsterdam: from restaurants, to sights, to theaters, etc!
• Keeping the “city of Amsterdam” up-to-date with the team: festivals, events, new restaurants, etc..
• being a "buddy" of our trainees
• Communication from the Desk to the other departments in the hotel
• Adhering to the standards and core values of the Banks Mansion team
• Contributing to optimizing hotel turnover by actively upselling;
• Thinking along and executing the mission, vision and strategy of Banks Mansion
