For our magnificent hotel in The Hague, we are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Relations Intern who will provide our guests with an unforgettable experience. Are you hospitable, service-oriented, and detail-oriented? Then this internship is perfect for you! What will you do?
As a Guest Relations Intern, you are the face of the Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus! In this role, you are responsible for welcoming all guests in our lobby and providing extra care for our VIP guests. Your main task is to optimize the overall guest experience and provide guests with a unique and unforgettable stay. You ensure that our guests have everything they need and that our VIP guests receive a special welcome. Additionally, you are responsible for review management and handling various projects to offer our guests an unforgettable experience at the Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus.

You are representative, communicatively strong, and detail-oriented.
You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages. Do you speak an additional language? That is a plus!
You are flexibly available, and irregular working hours are not a problem for you.
