The Dylan Amsterdam is looking a Guest Service Assistant. As Guest Service Assistant you have an eye for detail and you enjoy personal contact with our guests. You are responsible for both welcoming and checking in of the guest as well as checking out of leaving guests. Besides, you will make reservations for both hotel rooms as well as Restaurant Vinkeles and Bar Brasserie OCCO. Moreover, you are responsible for operating the telephone and assisting the concierges. Shifts take place between 07.00 till 15.00 hours or 15.00 till 23.00 hours. You occasionally work a night shift. It is important that you are available on both weekdays as well as weekends.

Who are you?

-      You graduated a Hotelschool or similar education.

-      You have relevant working experience within a similar position.

-      You have affinity with the luxury segment.

-      You speak both Dutch and English.

-      You are capable of working under pressure.
