Creativity, responsibility, guest interaction, an open and professional kitchen, making guests happy with your team. The feeling of having your own restaurant and being part of an informal and ambitious chain with seven hotels and three restaurants and two coffee bars...sounds good? Read on!

What you will do

  • Make guests happy. They come back for more and that's because of the good food and service.

  • You will create a new menu 3 to 4 times a year and a new 3-course menu every week and you will create recipes including cost price and calculations.

  • You make purchasing plans, place orders and maintain relationships with our sustainable suppliers.

  • You minimize waste; it has no place in the concept

  • Collaborating with your team so they, like you, can get the most out of their jobs and growth

  • Food safety and related administration are your responsibility

Personal qualities and job requirements

  • You don't see this one coming: you have a passion for cooking and making guests happy

  • You have been around for a while, at least 1-2 years as Sous Chef

  • You can't work without creativity and room to undertake

  • You have experience in managing a team and enjoy doing so

  • Affinity with organic and sustainable trends is a must

  • You are available full-time and have the flexibility that comes with the position of Head Chef

  • You speak at least Dutch and English
