Room Mate Aitana opened its door in august 2013 and counts 285 spacious, bright and luxurious rooms, meetings rooms, a ballroom, a gym, Lounge, a marina and host a restaurant with Spanish and mediterranean food in a modern jacket.

Aitana is a friend who loves design, electronic music, to socialise and for both guests and staff to have fun!

Aitana would like to find a fulltime or part-time (minimum 3 shifts per week) Host who takes pride in ensuring our guests have the best possible experience when they stay with us. This includes:

Welcoming Aitana's guests with a big smile, making the best first impression.
Making sure Aitana's home is safe and the lobby is clean.
Offering help with luggage and walking our guests to their rooms
Help Aitana's friends making reservations for theaters, restaurants and museums, or with any similar request they might have.
Offering your knowledge of Amsterdam and the best hot-spots
Helping our guests with anything they may need

This is a position where you will work in Morning and Evening shifts (including weekends).

What we would like to see from you:

Sincere friendliness, good sense of humor, enjoying life, positivity, and to share your view of the world. In other words: yourself!

We would like you to have the following profile:

Language skills: English or Dutch, plus preferably a 3rd language
The ability to communicate with people from all over the world
Taking pride in providing excellent service
Experience in Hospitality or service industry
Lives in Amsterdam or in immediate surroundings of Amsterdam
Have EU nationality or Dutch residence and work permit
High level of flexibility
