Hello I'm Local is a wonderful place for people from the neighborhood and from all corners of the world. As a Hostel Employee, you are the Supervisor during your shift and responsible for the hostel.

How can you exceed the expectations of your guests? My brand book can make you dream. You are ready for what is to come. You know who is coming in and out, you make sure your guests enjoy a local breakfast and make hearts in your cappuccinos. The bikes are rented out and the dishes are done. All emails are answered, you solve problems and make sure the café is ready to receive Maxima. I read your name in the reviews of Hello I'm Local. I am looking for you to give guests an unforgettable local experience.

As a Supervisor, you are the point of contact. You oversee what can happen and coordinate who does what. Depending on the season, you sometimes work alone and sometimes with a team. The team can consist of Hostel Support, Housekeeping, International interns. You anticipate what is coming, make adjustments and ensure that at the end of your shift the guests are happy, the hostel is clean, tidy and everything is replenished. Ready for the next wave of hustle and bustle.

During your shift you are ultimately responsible and ensure great solutions that are good for Hello I'm Local, the guests and the team. You make breakfast, check out guests, ensure that the rooms and spaces meet my standards, check in guests, make local snacks.
