Then the position of Hotel Operations Hotel at Hotel MAI Amsterdam & Hotel Pontsteiger is the job for you!

As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the entire operation of Hotel MAI Amsterdam & Hotel Pontsteiger, from conducting performance reviews with staff to providing service to guests. You'll work hands-on with your team, guiding, coaching, and motivating them to ensure the highest level of hospitality for our guests. Creating a safe and pleasant work environment at Hotel MAI Amsterdam & Hotel Pontsteiger is also part of your role.

You'll work towards maintaining a high level of service in the hotel, ensuring that every guest experiences the ultimate Vondel Hotels experience. Administrative tasks such as scheduling, timekeeping, and inventory management are also part of the Hotel Operations Manager's responsibilities.
