As our Hotel Operations Manager, hospitality and a passion for food is running through your veins. Your mission? The role
You’re stepping into a new role at our hotel, one created out of necessity to meet the growing needs of our team, guests, and expanding property. Responsible for the guest satisfaction, well-being of our employees & financial performance
Lead by example by applying our unique culture foundation combined with personal values
Take accountability for the F&B success on site
Create excitement and storytelling around our local F&B suppliers, products and services
Identify and activate commercial driven initiatives
Guide, coach and facilitate professional (and therefore personal) growth team members
Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and retention
Take (co) responsibility for housekeeping & maintenance success on site
Responsible for the look, feeling & crispness of the hotel
You stay on top of our PMS, POS and SOPs constantly identify root causes and create long term solutions
Weekly collaboration with fellow teams based in The Usual Office: Commercial team, F&B, IT, Brand, ESG, Finance & Build.
Responsible for the safety and security on site
Responsible for driving our (agile) Hotel operations meetings.
