Are you a proactive and guest-focused hotel manager who thrives on challenges and responsibility? Boutique Hotel Omega, a stylish hotel in Amsterdam South with 32 rooms, has been completely renewed and is ready for you. This is your chance to further develop operations, optimize processes, and lead a team in a luxurious and personalized setting. We are looking for a hotel manager to temporarily strengthen our team due to maternity leave.

As a Hotel Manager, you are the heart of the operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will work closely with the management team of Hotel Omega and Hotel Fita, making an impact on both daily operations and future strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the front office, breakfast service, and housekeeping teams.
Optimize the guest experience and step in where needed.
Improve processes and develop operational standards.
Identify revenue opportunities and manage costs.
Contribute strategically to the hotel's future.
Train and coach staff.
Recruit and onboard new employees.
