House Manager - Butler - Amsterdam

Hotel Seven one Seven Amsterdam

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the household
Provide hands-on support in maintaining a well-organized and tidy home
Liaise with service providers, contractors, and vendors
Manage household inventories and ensure all supplies are well stocked
Supervise cleaning staff and other household team members
Set and maintain table settings, assist with service during meals or small gatherings
Handle laundry, wardrobe care, and delicate items with discretion and precision
Prepare for guests and special occasions in line with family preferences
Run errands and perform ad-hoc duties as requested

Proven experience in a similar role within a private household or hospitality setting
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy
Service-minded with a proactive and flexible attitude
Eye for detail and pride in delivering a high standard of service
Valid driver’s license (preferred but not essential)
Must have the right to work in The Netherlands
