What will you actually be doing as s Housekeeping Floor Supervisor?

For this position, it is necessary to meet the following requirements:
o Flexible: Able and willing to work different shifts, including evening shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. The employee is willing and able to assist within another department in Pulitzer Amsterdam, if the business requires.
o Work experience: a minimum of 6 months experience as Floor Supervisor
o Physically strong: Capable to stand an entire shift & physically capable and willing to carry / lift equipment, like furniture, vacuum cleaners etc.
o Training skills: capable to train and coach all Room Attendants in cleaning rooms.
o Communicative: Level of English strong enough to interact efficiently with the team in this language. Experience in working with a team of different cultural backgrounds.
