As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you are not only responsible for inspecting the rooms, but also for planning the schedule and organizing room assignments. You ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

At the end of the day, you are the one who maintains an overview, completes the tasks, and prepares a digital report. In this role, you are not working on the sidelines; you are actively involved with the team. You coach, motivate, and support your colleagues with passion and enthusiasm. You lead by example, always have an eye for detail, and ensure that everyone continues to develop.
