Housekeeping Supervisor - Amsterdam

At Hotel Jakarta, we are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who can make a difference in our green and sustainable hotel! What makes this position different and unique compared to other supervisor roles is the broader responsibility you will have. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will not only be responsible for inspecting the rooms, but you will also be involved in creating the schedule and allocating the room lists. You will ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

At the end of the day, you are the one who maintains oversight, completes the tasks, and ensures digital reporting is done.

In this role, you won’t be standing on the sidelines, but will be actively involved with the team. You will coach, motivate, and support your colleagues with passion and enthusiasm. You set an example for your team, always paying attention to detail, and making sure everyone continues to grow and develop.
