We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor for our beautiful hotel in Maastricht!
Are you someone who loves to roll up your sleeves and thrives in a clean, well-maintained environment? Then we are looking for you to strengthen our team!
What will you be doing?
As a true leader, you will coordinate the daily housekeeping activities and monitor progress, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet our high cleanliness standards. Did someone miss a spot? You’re the one to address it and make sure your team follows through.
You’ll also play a key role in training and developing your team, so they can consistently deliver the top-quality service our hotel guests deserve.
You’ll regularly inspect areas, report any maintenance needs, and ensure supplies are well-stocked. You’ll report to and work closely with the Housekeeping Manager. Your role is essential in maintaining a hygienic and pleasant environment for both guests and colleagues – something we greatly value!
Where will you be working?
Our hotel is part of Amrâth Hôtels, a collection of 12 three-, four-, and five-star hotels across the Netherlands. From Maastricht to Alkmaar, our hotels are located in unique and central locations. We are known for our comfort, personal service, and distinctive character.
What you bring
You have experience in housekeeping
You have some experience in a supervisory role or are 100% committed to growing into one
You have the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Cleanliness and order come naturally to you
You have a good command of Dutch and/or English—speak an extra language? ¡Muy bien, sehr gut!

A salary in accordance with the Horeca collective labor agreement, based on Reference Function Scale 3.1–4.2, depending on your experience
A full-time contract (24–38 hours) tailored to your background
A 7-month or 1-year contract, with the intention to extend—we’d love for you to stay!
