Interim F&B Manager - Amsterdam

 We are seeking an (Interim) F&B Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations with a strong focus on team- and service leadership, revenue growth, and cost efficiency. This role requires a hands-on leader who can elevate guest experiences, drive financial performance in collaboration with the sales team, and optimize operational efficiency. While initially an interim role, there may be opportunities for a longer career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Leadership – Ensure exceptional guest experiences through a strong service culture and team development.

• Revenue & Sales Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team to maximize F&B revenue, develop promotions, and optimize sales opportunities.

• Cost Control & Efficiency – Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability without compromising quality.

• Operational Excellence – Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service across breakfast, banqueting, and our cocktail bar/terrace.
