NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst is one of the biggest conference hotels in The Netherlands and is located in between the iconic Dutch tulip fields. What are you going to do?

During this educational internship you will become familiar with all facets of the hotel industry and the conference world. In the first week you will work at all the departments to be trained and to get a good idea of the organization. After that, you independently fulfil the role of Manager on Duty. As a Duty Manager you are the first point of contact for guests and for the contact persons of the conferences. You assist guests with various questions, comments and complaints and you deal with all facets associated with a conference, from preparation to evaluation. You know the hotel, your colleagues and the guests like no other, which means that your knowledge and skills in the field of Hotel Management are quickly developed.
