What are you going to do?

During this internship you will become familiar with all facets of the hotel industry. First, you will be getting trained in all the departments before you can assume your duties. After that, you independently fulfil the role of Manager on Duty. You are part of the Management Team and you are the first contact for guests. You assist guests with questions, comments, and complaints and, if necessary, you assist other departments whenever it is needed most. You will be also dealing with calamities and any other emergencies such as fire alarms, sick guests, and similar.

You know the hotel, your colleagues, and the guests like no other. As a result, your knowledge and skills in the field of Hotel Management are developed quickly and you will be fully prepared for your career as a young professional in the hospitality industry.
