In the Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam South, a small-scale hotel near the Zuidas, we have the position of junior Operations Manager which may be filled by you! As a Junior Operations Manager you are responsible for the Front Office, Breakfast & Bar, Housekeeping and Technical Services departments. You work hands-on with them, stimulate mutual cooperation, come up with new ideas for improvements and infect them with your enthusiasm for helping guests. You are also responsible for the ins and outs of the hotel in the absence of the General Manager. In short, you ensure that the guest experience is always right from A to Z!
