THE POSITION
As a Kitchen Shiftleader, you will work closely with the Kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard and presented in an attractive manner.
Supervise and train kitchen staff.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Assist with menu planning and inventory management.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong desire to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development.
Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard.
Supervising and training junior chefs and kitchen staff.
Ensuring that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth running of the kitchen.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
Having a creative and warm personality and knowing how to connect with everyone.
Guest-oriented and representative.
Speaking excellent English, the Dutch language is a plus.
Experience in hotel settings is a plus.
